Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the No More Dry Ground Retreat. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the retreat and use of our services. By registering for the retreat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

Registration & Payment

Your payment reserves your spot and includes a non-refundable $400 deposit as part of the total retreat price.

You may pay in full at checkout or request a private payment plan through our team, which must be completed before the retreat begins.

You also have the option to use Klarna or Afterpay at checkout to split your payment into installments.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

You may receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking.

After 48 hours, your payment is non-refundable, but you may:

Transfer your registration (minus the $400 deposit) to a future retreat, or

Request a partial refund (minus the $400 deposit).

Because space is limited, and costs are committed in advance, we cannot offer further exceptions. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Travel & Accommodations

Travel to and from the retreat is the responsibility of each guest.

Check-in and check-out times, airport details, and other logistics will be outlined in your retreat’s FAQ page.

Shared rooms are based on the selected registration. Room costs will not be adjusted if your intended roommate cancels or changes plans.

Health & Liability

By attending, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally capable of participating in retreat activities.

You understand and accept full responsibility for your own well-being. No More Dry Ground is not liable for injuries, illnesses, lost items, or travel disruptions.

Participation is at your own risk. We do not carry individual health or travel insurance on behalf of attendees.

Photos & Media

By attending, you grant permission for No More Dry Ground to use photos and videos captured during the retreat for promotional use, including future marketing, social media, or content creation.

If you would prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

6. Code of Conduct & Community Culture

Our retreats are founded on biblical values and are intentionally Christ-centered. We cultivate a space of sisterhood, encouragement, and Spirit-led transformation.

We ask all guests to participate with a heart of humility and honor. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful may result in removal without refund.

We welcome women from all backgrounds while remaining aligned with our Statement of Faith.

Changes to Terms

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
