Welcome to the No More Dry Ground Retreat. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the retreat and use of our services. By registering for the retreat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

Registration and Payment

Early Bird Pricing: Register by August 31st to receive the early bird price of $997. After August 31st, the price increases to $1200.

Payment Plans:

A payment plan is available with 3 payments of $400 each. Payment plans must be paid in full by Oct. 15th.

Payment Methods:

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. All payments must be completed to secure your spot.

Retreat Details

Dates: The retreat will take place from November 11th to November 15th at The Cliffs at Hocking Hills, Ohio.

Inclusions:

The retreat fee includes accommodation, food from Monday evening dinner through Friday morning breakfast, and all scheduled activities and sessions.

Travel Arrangements:

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer refunds in full within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours we will refund minus the deposit of $400. No refunds will be offered after October 1st.

Transfers:

To request a transfer, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers must be completed prior to the retreat start date.

Health and Safety

Dietary Needs: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special needs during registration. We will do our best to accommodate.Health Concerns: By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in all activities. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician prior to the retreat.

Liability

Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during the retreat. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur.

Release of Liability:

By attending the retreat, you release us from any claims related to injury, loss, or damage during the event.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal Information: We collect personal information for registration and communication purposes. Your information will be kept confidential and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.Photography: We may take photos and videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials.

Code of Conduct

Respect and Conduct: All participants are expected to respect each other and adhere to a standard of conduct that fosters a positive and supportive environment.Violation: We reserve the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with these terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the retreat experience.

Changes to Terms

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
