Terms and Conditions

By registering for a No More Dry Ground Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to create a clear, safe, and honoring experience for every woman attending.

Registration and Payment

Your spot at the retreat is secured once your registration and initial payment are completed.

You may choose to pay in full or select a payment plan if offered at checkout.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you are committing to the full retreat investment, divided into scheduled payments.

Your first payment secures your spot. The remaining payments will be automatically charged according to the schedule selected at checkout.

Payment plans are not a pay-as-you-go option. They are a commitment to complete the full payment, regardless of attendance.

Failed or Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is up to date.

Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot at the retreat and any associated bonuses or access.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your retreat registration within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 48 hours, all payments made are refundable minus the $400 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within four (4) weeks of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another qualified attendee, subject to approval.

Travel & Insurance

You are responsible for booking your own travel to and from the retreat location.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in flights and other travel-related expenses.

In the unlikely event that No More Dry Ground must cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will receive a refund based on the policy above. However, we are not responsible for reimbursing any travel expenses, including flights, accommodations outside of the retreat, or other personal costs.

Force Majeure

No More Dry Ground shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, weather events, acts of God, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or emergencies.

Health & Personal Responsibility

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

You agree to participate in all activities voluntarily and at your own risk.

No More Dry Ground is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in the retreat.

Code of Conduct

This retreat is a Christ-centered environment rooted in respect, honor, and community.

We ask all attendees to:

- Treat one another with kindness and respect

- Honor the shared spaces and group environment

- Show up with a heart posture of encouragement and unity

No More Dry Ground reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or not aligned with these values. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We welcome women from all backgrounds while remaining aligned with our Statement of Faith.

Room Assignments

Room assignments are based on the selection made at the time of booking.

If you select a shared room, we will thoughtfully assign roommates unless a specific request is made in advance.

While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific room requests are not guaranteed.

Schedule & Experience

Retreat schedules, activities, and experiences are subject to change as needed.

Our heart is to create space for both intentional planning and Holy Spirit-led moments, and we ask attendees to come with flexibility and openness.

Media Release

By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, please notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

Agreement
