Welcome to the "No More Dry Ground: Kingdom Business Mastermind" program. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and participating in the "No More Dry Ground: Kingdom Business Mastermind" program (hereafter referred to as "the Program"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Program or to products and services available through the Program.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and committed to personal and professional growth. The Program is designed for Kingdom-driven women entrepreneurs, but all eligible individuals are welcome to apply.

3. Program Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, participants must complete the registration form and pay the monthly fee of $97.

Payment: Payments are due monthly and will be automatically charged to the payment method provided during enrollment.

Participants agree to keep their payment information up to date.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Program within the first 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund. After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be provided.

4. Program Access and Participation

Access: Upon enrollment, participants will receive access to the Program’s resources, including workshops, coaching sessions, community forums, and other materials. Participation: Active participation is encouraged to gain the full benefits of the Program. This includes attending weekly Q&A calls, participating in community discussions, and completing any assigned tasks or challenges.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Treat all members and mentors with respect and kindness.

Refrain from sharing any confidential or proprietary information obtained through the Program.

Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, templates, workbooks, and webinars, is the intellectual property of the Program's creators. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without express permission.

7. Confidentiality

The Program values the privacy and confidentiality of its participants. All personal information shared within the Program will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

The Program reserves the right to terminate a participant's access if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in behavior detrimental to the Program or its members. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Program and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Program materials or participation in the Program. Participants assume full responsibility for their actions and decisions within the Program.

10. Changes to Terms

The Program reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
